This is a shot of my good friend R.J. (Richard, Rick, Bigfoot) Allison and the main control room at his sound studio complex in the basement of his North Haven home. The Hot Spot produces radio commercials, industrials and TV voice and sound tracks out of here. Allison is a professional voiceover guy, who works every day in New York City voicing commercials for all kinds of national sponsors. His favorite claim to recent fame was voicing the X-Files movie trailers heard in theaters around the nation. You've also heard his dulcid tones talking Kaopectate, Dawn Antibacterial Dish Soap and Elizabeth Taylor's White Diamonds Perfume to name a few. In Connecticut and New England he is the voice of Bob's Stores and others as well. This VR was shot on October 20th, 1998.
