Saturday, November 22nd, 1997 around 11:30 a.m.
On my way home from a day job appointment, I noticed how sunny Enchanted Lakes was, so I stopped and set up for a shot of the marsh end of this part of Kailua on O'ahu. While I was shooting, several black ducks with white bills, dove completely underwater looking for breakfast. They were pretty amazing, diving under for about fifteen seconds each dive. They always came up in the same exact place too! Maybe next time I'll shoot some video of their dive skills!
