My daughter's pineapple plant, which is in a pot, gave us a small pineapple a year and a half ago. Since then it has shared the pot with an Aloe plant. This year, we got Pineapple #2. Because it hung over the side of the pot, this one's top, grew at an angle to meet the sun.

It grew ripe this weekend and we picked it for some photographic and then some culinary delights!
