The sculpture is "Large Standing Figure Knife Edge" by Henry Moore in 1961. When you face the sculpture, you are facing directly East. As you can see by the clock, the time is 1:00pm. Metrocentre Plaza is in the heart of Little Rock's downtown area. To the West, 180 degrees away where the trees converge, is the Capitol dome hidden in the mist.
The couple in the panorama are Drew Camp and Carla Anderson who were kind enough to hold an umbrella over my equipment and me while I set everything up.
The Institute for Economic Advancement is part of UALR's College of Business. We are primarily a research and training group, but we are actively involved in promoting development in the state. QTVR images are used to highlight industrial sites and buildings, facilities, and quality of life scenes on websites for cities and other nonprofit organizations. Due to the need for universal access to everything on the websites, all QTVRs are currently done entirely with the Version 1 tools to ensure Windows compatibility.
