Thanks to low interest rates and a re-fi, the old 1955 single wall Kailua shack is getting some more space added on and a retro for the original house. The addition will be two stories with a second bath and to start with a big unsectioned room downstairs and a big unsectioned room upstairs. Along the side we'll have a new carport which will become an enclosed garage soon after. The old sectiion will get a new roof, new copper plumbing, new electrical and ceilings and floors. We'll do a new kitchen last thing and a redwood fence in front of the Hibsicus Hedge so we can make more use of the front yard and let the dog wander out there also.
