Civil Defense Commission
The City and County of Honolulu's "Citizen Advisory Commission on Civil Defense" is conducting its 1995/1996 round of public hearings. The purpose of the hearings is to receive input and constructive comment from residents on their perceptions of and recommendations for Civil Defense Plans and programs.
