...from Humble Beginnings...

Here is a look at our broadcast facilities. (Left View) The old expression "from humble beginnings" comes to mind. It's amazing what a cool end product squirts out of these boxes!

Please pardon the mess. The H-4 is a very active place. It's home is also a recording studio for radio and TV voicers and commercials and a good place to fly FA/18 Hornet!

It also serves triple duty as a place for clothes storage. Does that shock you?

Yes! I am Horrified and I need to eMail you about it right this instant!

I had thought of calling the H-4: "Third Bedroom Productions" but, it tends to lose something that way.

Seriously tho, you'll plainly see no fancy schmancy office, no slick high rise locale here. There is no need. Our whole project revolves around showing off our island home and the people here who share it. What better place to broadcast a local Internet site from, than from the home...it is so much closer to the heart and soul of what I hope to accomplish over the next few decades with this new friend I call the H-4!

Does the word "Homegrown" mean anything?

(Right view)

I agonized a bit, over whether I should show you these behind the scenes peeks here. I hope I made the right choice.

I work on the H-4 at all sorts of odd hours both day and night. Sometimes I get up out of bed to either scribble something down or crank up the 'ole html editor and bang out a few pages.

I update the boards and their daily information between 7 and 8 a.m. (Hawaiian Standard Time) every day of the week. With a good stiff cup of chocolate macadamia nut coffee in front of me, I assemble all the basic components and then usually leap into the shower and out the door in search of the next page or chapter to share with you.

Soon, I will be adding a couple more servers online, so we can increase our performance and visitor capacity. Please bear with us. Please come back and watch us grow!
